We make our ice cream with an Italian Ice Cream maker (Carpigiani). This machine allows us to make a variety of different types of ice cream.

We use a 14% butterfat mix from a dairy in Wisconsin, which gives Grandpa's ice cream a very smooth and rich taste.

Because of the 14% butterfat, our ice cream is classified as Premium.
